Refund Policy

The short version

All payments are final, and we don't give refunds. You can cancel anytime, and you keep Loophole until the end of the time you've paid for. If we charge you by mistake, we'll fix it.

No refunds

Loophole subscriptions, $2.50 per month or $14.99 per year, are non-refundable. This includes partly used months or years, time you didn't use Loophole, and renewals you forgot to cancel.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime. When you cancel:

you won't be charged again;
you keep full access until the end of the month or year you already paid for;
after that, your subscription simply ends. Your songs stay on your phone.

To cancel, use the cancel link in your receipt email, or email us at [email protected] and we'll do it for you.

Mistakes we'll always fix

If you were charged by mistake, for example charged twice for the same period, or charged after you had already cancelled, email us within 60 days and we'll refund that charge.

Your legal rights

This policy doesn't take away any refund rights you have under consumer protection law where you live.
